Welcome to the final edition of the Audi Victoria Week newsletter for 2009.
As everyone winds down for the Christmas/New Year break, we'll be firing up to finalize things for the event which is only 34 days away!
On the sailing front, entries are steadily flowing in with 130 to date. Sailing Administrator Rob Hampshire is anticipating yet another big regatta, "At this stage we are on track for record numbers," he said.
He is encouraging everyone to get their entries in before the cut off on 6th January. All entries must be finalized by midnight on the 6th to avoid paying an additional $95 in late fees. Late entries will be accepted up until midnight on the 13th January and will incur the $95 fee.

The Sailing Instructions will be available early January from the website and the mooring plans will also be available on the site shortly.
As in previous years the skippers packs will be available for collection from the Docklands regatta office or Geelong, further details will be in the sailing instructions.
The entertainment program has been locked away with an exciting mix of musicians and a host of roving performers, read on for more details.
